1. Eligibility – Referred Friend

To be eligible to take part in the Refer a Friend programme, the referred person must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Have a valid mobile phone number
• Successfully sign up and get approved for an account
• Complete their first qualifying purchase using their account
  

2. Eligibility – Referrer

To be eligible for the referral reward, the referrer must:

• Have an active account in good standing (i.e. not suspended, restricted, or under investigation for misuse)
• Refer a friend using a valid referral link or code
  

3. Reward

• Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive 1,000 miles once the referred friend has:
• Successfully signed up, and
• Completed their first qualifying purchase
• Miles will be credited to the relevant loyalty account within 14 working days of the qualifying purchase being completed, subject to verification checks.

4. Qualifying Purchase

• The first purchase must be a genuine transaction and not refunded, reversed, or cancelled.
• Purchases that are later refunded may result in the removal of miles from both accounts.

5. Exclusions

Miles will not be awarded if:

• The referred person already has, or previously had, an account
• The account sign-up or transaction is deemed fraudulent or abusive
• The referred person closes or cancels their account within 90 days of signing up
• The qualifying purchase is reversed, refunded, or invalidated

6. General

• • Each customer may refer multiple friends, subject to any referral limits set by us from time to time. Referral limits would be communicated via our website, app or email.
  • Miles are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Refer a Friend programme at any time, acting reasonably and without unfairly affecting rewards already earned.
  • Our standard terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms.
